We are searching for experienced Vehicle Negotiators / Auction Administrators to work for us and to further increase our share of the market and to actively grow the business through sales. You will be required to be self- motivated sales professional who is driven by results and exceeding targets.
We are seeking the consummate deal maker who can see success, be it in front of his/her nose or out in the distance. The telephone is the prime selling tool and you will have a great fondness for this old but essential aid. From day one you will focus wholly on the selling process and use the tools of trade as a great opportunity to create income. Having said that, the rewards structure caters for personal as well as team effort and as such, they are very keen to create the best of both worlds, team spirit alongside personal success.
One of the most satisfying parts of this job is helping clients who need to sell their vehicle via an auction, dropping the hammer on their lot which has sold for more than they expected is an extremely rewarding part of this job.

Skills Required
- Experienced sales person, preferably in vehicle sales or auctioneering
- Able to prove a track record in generating new business
- Administrative/secretarial experience with an eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to organise self and others and hit deadlines
